Install the Klaviyo plugin on your store, Connect your store with Klaviyo by clicking on the Connect Account in Klaviyo settings

Then TrackShip for WooCommece will send a shipment status update to Klaviyo. that update You can see in your Klaviyo account in Analytics > Metrics in TrackShip Shipments events.

and You can create a flow for sending SMS and Email notifications from Klaviyo.
