Add shipment manually

TrackShip allows you to add shipments manually, giving you a convenient way to add shipment details directly. This is useful for handling shipments outside of automated systems or for unique situations.

How to Add Shipments Manually:


To manually add shipments in TrackShip, start by navigating to the TrackShip dashboard. From there, access the “Shipments” page. Within this area, locate and click on the “Add Shipments” option.

Shipment Information:

This section captures details about the shipment itself.

  • Store: Select the store from which the shipment originates.
  • Tracking Number: Enter the tracking number associated with the shipment.
  • Shipping Carrier: Specify the shipping carrier used for the shipment.
  • Order ID: Input the order ID related to this shipment.
  • Destination Country: Select the destination country for the shipment.
  • Postal Code: Enter the postal code of the destination address.

Customer Information:

Here, you’ll enter details about the customer.

  • Name: Provide the recipient’s full name.
  • Email Address: Enter the recipient’s email address.
  • Phone Number: Input the recipient’s contact phone number.
  • Address: Specify the recipient’s address, including street, city, state/province, and country.

Shipment Items:

This section allows you to add individual items included in the shipment.

  • Product Name: Enter the name of the product included in the shipment.
  • Quantity: Specify the quantity of the product being shipped.
  • Image URL: Provide the URL of an image representing the product.
  • Product URL: Input the URL where users can find more information about the product.

Following completion of these steps, you can proceed to add the shipment manually to TrackShip.
