Tracking Widget

The Tracking Widget will display on the Shopify order status page. Your customers are directed to the status page from the order emails to check the status of their order:

Set Up a Tracking Page

You can direct customers from the order emails to track their order on a branded tracking page on a branded tracking page on TrackShip instead of the sending them to Shopify’s order status page.

To change the tracking link in your Shopify store, navigate to your Shopify store settings Page and click on the settings tab and click on the notifications tab:

Go to the shipping section and then click on Out for delivery

Search for {{ fulfillment.tracking_url }} 

And replace it with:

https://track.trackship.co/track/{{ fulfillment.tracking_numbers.first }}

For delivery notification, you can do the same thing as Out For Delivery.
