The fulfillment dashboard will display all the processing orders that are not yet fulfilled in your store and an easy way to add tracking information and fulfill the orders. Once you shipped an order and marked it as fulfilled, the shipment will display in the shipments dashboard.
To fulfill orders from the fulfillment dashboard, in TrackShip’s app menu, click on the Unfulfilled Orders tab and click on the action icon for the order you wish to fulfill:
Add your tracking number and the shipping carrier in the add tracking form, you can also select to send the shipping confirmation email to your customer:
When your order has been fulfilled, you can proceed directly to the order page, to the shipment dashboard, or to the unfulfilled order dashboard.
When you go to the shipment dashboard, your order will appear in the shipment table and the order status will be pending trackship.
