TrackShip’s Tracking Widget allows your customers to easily view real-time shipment status right from their order status page or a dedicated tracking page.
Add Tracking Widget to the Order Status Page
Follow these steps:
- Go to your Shopify Admin.
- Navigate to Settings → Checkout → Customize.

- Click on the Apps icon on the left sidebar.
- Find TrackShip under the Apps section.
- Select Tracking Widget → click Add to Order status.
- Click Save to apply your changes.

Once added, the TrackShip Tracking Widget will automatically appear on the order status page whenever tracking information is available for that order.
Use the Dedicated Tracking Page Link
TrackShip also provides a standalone tracking page that you can share directly with customers.
Default tracking page URL:
https://your-store-domain.com/a/shipment-tracking

You can also pass a specific tracking number in the URL to display the shipment details directly.
Example:
https://your-store-domain.com/a/shipment-tracking?tracking=XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Replace XXXXXXXXXXXXX with the actual tracking number.
📘 Tip: You can include this link in your shipping confirmation emails or customer notifications for easy access.
