Stores

The Stores page is where you can manage your connected e-commerce stores. You can view a list of your connected stores and their current status, as well as connect new stores or delete existing ones. This page provides a centralized location for managing all your e-commerce stores, allowing you to quickly and easily manage your store connections in one place.

Connect a Store

To connect a new store, simply click the “Connect a Store” button and follow the instructions. There are three platform options available: WooCommerce, Shopify, and Custom App.

Delete a Store

To delete a store, simply select the store you wish to delete from the list of connected stores and click the “Delete” button. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion before it is completed. Deleting a store will revoke access to that store and remove it from the list of connected stores on the Stores page.

Store Settings

For each connected store, there is a store settings icon that provides access to basic store information. The options available in store settings will vary depending on the store type. For example, you may see options for customizing the store’s logo and identity, configuring tracking pages, and checking webhooks for custom apps.

Logo and Store Identity

The Logo and Store Identity section allows you to customize the appearance of your store by uploading a logo and setting other branding-related options. This section is a great way to ensure that your store has a consistent look and feel that accurately reflects your brand.

Tracking Page

The Tracking Page section allows you to configure the tracking pages for your store. This may include setting up custom domains and customizing the tracking page design.

The Tracking Page Customizer allows you to edit the design of your tracking pages. Access the customizer by clicking the “Tracking Page Customizer” button on the tracking page, which will open a pop-up window with a visual editor. Change the color scheme, layout, and other elements like images, text, and branding to create a tracking experience that’s tailored to your brand.

Webhook

The Webhook Checking section allows you to check the status of webhooks for custom apps. This is an important step in ensuring that your custom apps are functioning properly and that the data they are sending is accurate.
