Custom Domain

You can set up your own custom domain for the tracking page.

The tracking page on TrackShip will use the store in the URL slug. For example To add your custom domain, navigate to the Store Settings section and select the Tracking Page option.

After adding your domain, you should test it to see if it is working correctly. This test will provide a response indicating whether your custom domain is valid or invalid.

If your custom domain test result is invalid, you will need to configure your DNS settings based on the following instructions:

Setting up DNS for your domain

you will need to add a CNAME record to your DNS, pointing your custom domain (track.yoursite.com) to “cname.trackship.com”. Below are some instructions for setting CNAME records in popular DNS services.

  If you’re using CloudFlare, please make sure to disable the orange cloud for your Custom domain.
