  • Edit notification settings by clicking the gear icon.
  • Delete a notification by clicking the trash icon.

This streamlined interface allows for easy adjustments to your notification preferences.

Key Features

  • Late Shipment Alerts: Notify administrators when a shipment exceeds a defined transit time.
  • Stuck Status Alerts: Notify administrators when a shipment remains in a specific status for a predefined number of days.

Using these features, you can address potential delays or issues proactively.

Advanced Rule Groups

For more complex scenarios, you can create advanced rule groups to monitor shipments based on multiple criteria. For example:

Rule Group 1:

  • Shipment status is “In Transit.”
  • Duration is greater than 5 days.

OR

Rule Group 2:

  • Shipment status is “Out for Delivery.”
  • Duration is greater than 3 days.

This configuration triggers notifications for shipments either in transit for more than five days or pending for more than three days.

With TrackShip’s Notification Center, you can enhance operational efficiency by staying informed about critical shipment updates in real time.
