Notification Center

The Notification Management functionality has been added to the Store Settings. This feature empowers users to manage notifications efficiently, including adding, updating, deleting, enabling, or disabling them.

Key Features

• Add Notifications: Users can create new notifications.
• Enable/Disable Notifications: Activate or deactivate notifications based on user preferences or business requirements.
• Update Notifications: Modify existing notifications with updated information.
• Delete Notifications: Remove notifications that are no longer relevant.

Add Notification

Add Notification Details:

• Notification Name: Enter a name for the notification (e.g., Late Shipment for DHL).
• Email: Provide the recipient’s email address to receive the notification.
• Scheduled Time (24hr): Define the time when the notification should be sent.
• Notification Status: Choose between Enabled or Disabled to activate or deactivate the notification.

Define Rules:

Click on the + Add Rule Group button to define notification rules. Each rule group consists of the following:

• Shipment Length: Specify the length of the shipment in days (e.g., 6 days).
• Shipment Status: Select the shipment status from the dropdown menu (e.g., In Transit, Out for Delivery, Pre Transit).
• Shipping Carrier: Choose the shipping carrier for which this notification is applicable (e.g., DHL Germany).
• Logic: Use logical operators (AND/OR) to combine multiple rules within or across rule groups.

Save the Notification:

Once all details and rules are configured, click on the Add Notification button to save the notification.

Example Setup

• Notification Name: Late Shipment for DHL
• Email: [email protected]
• Notification Status: Enabled
• Scheduled Time: 12:30 PM

Rules:

Rule Group 1:

• Shipment Length: 6 days
• Status: In Transit

Rule Group 2:

• Shipment Length: 3 days
• Status: Out for Delivery
• Shipping Carrier: DHL Germany

Enable/Disable Notifications

• Use the toggle switch next to the notification name to enable or disable it.

Update Notifications

• Click the Settings (gear) icon next to the notification you wish to edit.
• Modify the notification details or rules as required.
• Save your changes by clicking Update Notification.

Delete Notifications

• Click the Delete (trash) icon next to the notification.
• Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.
