2FA Authentication

Why 2FA is Important

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring not only a password but also a code generated by an authenticator app. This makes it significantly harder for unauthorized users to access your account.

Accessing the 2FA Settings

To enable or disable 2FA for your account, go to Account Settings > 2FA Authentication.

Enable and Activate 2FA

Important: Before starting the process, make sure you have an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy installed on your mobile device
  • Step 1:- Open your preferred authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy). Make sure you do not delete the app after setting it up, as you will need it every time you log in
  • Step 2:- Tap the + icon and scan the QR code displayed in the interface. This QR code links your account with the authenticator app.
  • Step 3:- Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app into the input field.

After entering the code, the system validates it. If the code is correct, 2FA will be enabled, and you will see the switch toggled to Disable 2FA security. If the code is incorrect, you will be prompted to try again.
