We actively review new carrier requests and prioritize them based on demand, feasibility, and API availability.
π When Should You Suggest a Provider?
You should submit a request if:
- Your carrier is not listed in Supported Shipping Providers
- TrackShip marks the shipment as Unsupported Carrier
- You regularly ship with a regional or niche logistics provider
π What to Include in Your Request
To help us onboard the carrier faster, please share:
- Shipping provider name
- Official website or tracking page
- Real tracking number
- Tracking API documentation (if available)
- Country / region served
The more details you provide, the quicker we can evaluate the integration.

- Our team reviews your submission
- We check tracking availability and API feasibility
- If approved, the carrier is added to TrackShip
- After the carrier is live, it will be added automatically in TrackShip, and youβll receive an update through the feedback board π
